In case the product you purchased falls into one of the following cases, you may request its return, which is made according to the following.
For the products of JBL & of harman/kardon you must contact the authorized Service Center:

In cases where the product does not work from the moment you receive it and you wish the product to be replaced and not returned: for replacement of the defective product and specifically for cases where the manufacturer has a specific replacement procedure, which is referred to as the procedure Dead-On-Arrival or “DOA” refer to the section Warranties – Service.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use and not to serve your individual business activity, then you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days, returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal applies if the product is in its original condition and the return is made at your own cost and means within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal (whether you return it to us or you ship it with a certain shipper). If the return is approved, we will refund the entire price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same manner, you have made the payment.
Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to be considered valid and timely and not requiring any further justification from you.
In case of valid exercise of the right to withdrawal the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products, and materials must be included.
If the product has lost its value due to poor handling beyond the simple examination of the product’s functionality and features, you are responsible to compensate for the reduction of its value. In this case this amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund. In this case, you will be notified prior to the completion of the credit and refund procedure. Especially for cases of accessories and parts where the material requires appropriate technical know-how in its selection as well as its installation and which cannot function as an independent unit, it is considered that the opening of the package automatically results in losing at least 50% of its commercial value and in case of withdrawal will be respectively credited the 50% of its invoice value, unless it concerns a purchase you made after our own recommendation.
Right of Withdrawal Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply for cases of exception from applicable legislation and case law, such as products manufactured for you with your own specifications, services already rendered, products not suitable for return for reasons of sanitation if opened, as well as printer consumables, programs and software that has been opened etc.
Return due to delivery of incorrect product
In case where the product we have sent to you is different than the one you ordered, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of its purchase without shipping charge. The product may be returned in this case only if it is in its original condition and in its original packaging intact.
The return for the specific cases is made at our own cost provided you have first contacted our Company’s main number.
Return due to wrong choice of product
WaveMotion SA gives you the ability to request the return of the product you purchased even after the 14 calendar days in which the right to withdrawal is valid or even in cases where the purchase is not intended for personal use but for professional use. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original unopened packaging and the return is made within a reasonable period of time according to the product’s lifecycle.
In any case, WaveMotion SA reserves the right to reject any return application without being obliged to justify this decision.
ATTENTION: Please note that in case where the returned product is not in its original condition it cannot be returned. If for special reasons the return of a product is accepted exceptionally, the company will pay part of the price according to the product’s condition and its’ current market value which will be determined for the specific case upon inspection at our distribution center.
You are responsible to pay the shipping costs of the product to be returned.
In the above cases with the exception of the Withdrawal, any replacement or credit will be made after inspecting the returned product and found that it is subject to the replacement procedure or credit in accordance with the above. The refund of any paid price or part thereof is subject to a reduction of the refunded amount, will be made with the issue of a Gift Card for your next purchase.
The statement of withdrawal can be sent directly either electronically or by registered letter to our Company or you can send it at your own cost to the Head offices of our Company.
