Return Application

Thank you for choosing www.wavemotion.gr for your purchases.

If for any reason you wish to return a product you purchased from our online store, by exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase contract, then you must complete and send to us the following form, taking into account the following:

• Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original unopened packaging and the return is made within a reasonable period of time according to the product’s life cycle. Products being returned that are not in the condition described above will not be accepted.
• If the return is approved, the credit will be made after inspecting the returned product and found that it is subject to the replacement procedure or credit in accordance with the above.
• If for special reasons the return of a product is accepted that is not in its original condition or found after its inspection at our distribution center or is devalued in any way, the company will pay part of the price according to the product’s condition and its current market value which will be determined for the specific case. In any case prior to the credit you will be respectively informed.
• The refund of any paid price or part thereof if subject to a reduction of the refunded amount, will be made with the issue of a Gift Card for your next purchase.
• The www.wavemotion.gr reserves the right to reject any return application without being obliged to justify this decision.

The return of the product is made at your own cost and means of shipment, within 5 calendar days from the notice you will receive that the Return has been approved.

In case where the return concerns the wrong product, i.e. in case where the product we shipped to you is different than the one you ordered, the return is made at our own cost.

Instructions for the Return:

The product must be accompanied by this Form, which must be approved and have the “Return Number” completed.

The package must be accompanied by the “Copy of the Proof of Purchase” and with the “Return Number” referenced in the return form applied to the outside of the package in a visible location.

Condition of the products – packaging / Reason for return / Comments:

Send the product back to us properly packaged and with the “Return Number” that was sent to you with your application. The package must be accompanied by the “Copy of the Proof of Purchase” and with the “Return Number” referenced in the return form applied to the outside of the package in a visible location.

ATTENTION! Shipments without a Return Number and a copy of the proof of purchase will not be accepted.
