Warranty Terms of WaveMotion SA

Retailers of products are obliged to guarantee to consumers that their products comply with the respective sales contract for a period of two years after delivery of the product.

Therefore, if you are a consumer (in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC and Law 2251/1994 “Consumer Protection”, as amended and in force) and your product has any defect existing at the time of delivery and appears within two years from the delivery of the product, you have the right to request:

  1. The repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable period of time and at no charge to you.
    or
  2. The appropriate reduction in price or your withdrawal from the contract
    a. if the repair or replacement of the product is not possible.
    or
    b. if the repair or replacement of the product is not possible within a reasonable period of time or without any charge to you.

Unless proven otherwise, any lack of compliance observed within six months from the delivery of the product is established to exist during the delivery, unless this is evidenced as being incompatible to the nature of the good or the nature of the lack of compliance.
